Our service is customized to meet each clients specific needs. We offer in-house or off-site maintenance of company books and utilize state-of-the-art computer technology. We are extremely flexible and work with our clients to find an option that works best for their business.

Set Up and Support of Peachtree and QuickBooks

We utilize our expertise in accounting along with our skills and knowledge of computers and software programs to ensure that our client's books are set up and maintained accurately. Once your books are set up we offer support whether it be in the form of a quick phone call for small issues to training sessions for more in-depth understanding.

Business & Individual Tax Preparation

Our staff is experienced in the preparation of corporate, small business, multi-state, and individual income taxes. We stay current with new tax laws through continued education and are aggressive in our approach to providing our clients with the best return possible. We work with our clients taking the time to ask questions and gather all necessary information and assist in tax planning strategies.

Payroll Services

Our payroll service is very affordable (see Fee Structure). We maintain a high degree of flexibility and guarantee accuracy. We work with you to set up the type of payroll that best suites your needs. Our goal is to make payroll as easy as possible for our clients.

Payroll

Direct deposit at no extra charge.
Bonuses can be issued either as a separate bonus check or in addition to regular wages.
Employees who receive only commission.
Tip income, including cash tips and paycheck tips.

Other voluntary deductions

A wide range of retirement deductions including 401K, Simple 401K, 403b, Simple IRA and SARSEP.
Supports pre-tax or after tax medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, loans, and garnishments. Expense reimbursements
Expense reimbursements can be handles along with payroll to avoid extra check runs or individually.
